Who am I?
I prefer not to limit myself as a person or therapist to any particular path or trajectory of being or becoming. Rather, I indulge in the possibilities of who or what I could become through my life experiences, risks, and failures.
This is enabled by a commitment to the ethics of love curiosity and awe.
I am nourished by listening to music and podcasts on long walks with my dog Bunny. Together, we love to smile a strangers, stop to make new friends, and greet old friends with unbridled enthusiasm. See below for more information about Bunny.

From an identity perspective, I am a trans-masculine genderqueering white settler/guest living in Tkaronto . I am neurodivergent and a psychiatric consumer who engages in polyamorous relational practices.
Credentials & Locations
I am a Registered Social Worker with both the OCSWSSW and NLCSW, this means I can work in both Ontario (virtual/in-person in Toronto) and Newfoundland and Labrador (virtual only).

If you’re interested in working in-person, it is important to note that I am usually accompanied by my dog Bunny. He is a sweet little beast who now has years of experience as a therapeutic companion. Bunny and I work out of Work in Progress Mental Health Collective (1306 Dundas St. West Toronto).
Bunny
Therapeutic Companion
Bunny has almost 3 years experience providing gentle, hygienic care and cuddles to a diverse population of humans without excessive shedding or leaving too much fur everywhere.

He is also a life-long learner and sometimes scared lil beast. He is always striving to be a good dog who is eager to meet humans and show them unconditional positive regard.

He will likely curl up on a chair or with you or me during session. While he is generally very quiet, like anyone he might bark occasionally to say hello if you’re not paying attention to him.

His resume and references are available upon request (seriously).

Invitation to the Political
Anti-Oppressive | Trauma-Informed
My politicized lens centres your self-determination and values, and ethics within a wider context. With empathy and humour we can engage in insightful, meaningful conversation and politicized practices that hold space for your experiences of distress, joy, and everything in between. Together we can account for and navigate the influence of a continuum of individual and systemic factors on your life, wellbeing, and preferred outcomes
